Information on biology and conservation of Siberian moose. The Siberian moose is the largest representative of the deers family. The moose has a relatively short body and very high legs, a big, heavy, prolate and narrow head; its upper lip is very big and massive, as if its swollen, and overhangs the lower one. The mooses nose is hairy, except for small diamondshaped space between nostrils which is bare. Ears are big, its length is up to 25 centimeters; eyes are small. A neck is short, thick and muscular. A back is straight, a sacrum is slightly elevated. A tail is very short, its length is about 510 centimeters, and its not seen from a distance.
